New Horizons Products are distributed by For Arts Sake Pty Ltd.

Ordering

  • Minimum order value of $250 ex GST AU and NZ
  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours of receipt
  • Wholesale prices do not include GST
  • All Greeting Cards are sold on sale or exchange basis
  • All Gift Products are sold on a firm sale basis

Accounts and Payments

  • All new accounts must complete a New account / Credit application form
  • All Customer accounts are subject to approval by For Arts Sake on completion of Credit Application
  • Terms are 30 day statement terms for credit accounts: i.e. Payment is due 30 days after the month of statement
  • Payments can be made by bank deposit, Cheque, Visa card and Mastercard
  • No refunds will be issued for credits
  • Shipments will not be made to any overdue accounts

Backorders

  • Gift products will go on backorder until the stock arrives
  • Greeting Cards do not go on back order

Late Payments

  • Where payment has not been received (in full) 30 days from statement date, the customer shall be liable to pay interest on the amount outstanding at the rate of
    1.25% per month (15% per annum) from the date of statement, until payment has been made in full

  • Can be made via your account manager or customer service department with detailed proof claim provided within 3 business days of delivery
